Student-backed candidates claim victory, win heated school board race in Orchard Park, NY
At Students Protecting Education, we believe that the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion should be at the forefront of any educational institution. These candidates have demonstrated a commitment to these values and have shown support for ALL students in the Orchard Park Central School District. They understand that all students deserve an equal chance to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.
In addition to their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, these candidates also prioritize student voices. They have shown a willingness to listen to students, and they understand the importance of incorporating student perspectives into decision-making processes. As members of the Orchard Park School Board, we are confident that they will continue to prioritize the needs of students and work tirelessly to ensure that every student receives a high-quality education.
Jen Rogers, Ed Draves, and Steve Comeau have also demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges that students face in today's world. They have shown a willingness to address these challenges head-on and to support students in every way possible. Whether it is through creating safe and supportive environments or providing resources for mental health and wellness, these candidates have shown that they are committed to supporting students in every way possible.
After close examination, we believe that Jen Rogers, Ed Draves, and Steve Comeau are the best candidates for the Orchard Park School Board positions.
